| Hi Forgetmenot.
You go into your friends area, you click on the My message link, then from there go to the link that says "create". You can send an introduction message to anyone who speaks your native language (that you've selected while filling out your profile), anyone who speaks your studied language, or anyone who speaks your studied language and is learning your native language. I hope this helps!

| Oh, I forgot! Once you click the Submitbutton, your introduction will appear in the Introductions page for the group of people you are sending the message to. Let me know if my explanation was clear, and if you have any further questions.
